Outdoor sports are an essential part of our daily routine at Aasha Kiran Kendra, as they play a crucial role in promoting physical strength, overall health, and emotional well-being. We ensure that children participate in a variety of safe and structured outdoor activities suited to their abilities and developmental needs.

These activities include light warm-up exercises, stretching routines, walking sessions, simple races, ball games, badminton, football, basketball, and guided physical movements. Each activity is carefully planned to enhance gross motor skills, balance, body coordination, flexibility, and stamina. Regular movement in an open space strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular health, and builds endurance.
